1. Helps in providing for basic needs

Advocating for the Human Rights, thus helps the minority sections in receiving their basic needs from the government.

2. Standing against legalized abuse

All laws and regulations may not be in favor of the people of the minority sections living in certain countries and States. It is the same with USA because there are certain rules and regulations that do not favor certain minority groups. These rules and regulations rather legalize the abuse against these minority group. So, advocating for the Human Rights helps in standing against such legalized abuse.

3. Encourages freedom

Intolerance towards minorities, specific races and religious groups have always been a center of discussion and debate in US. This in tolerance needs to be completely eradicated from the American society, so that America can really be free. So advocating for the Human Rights encourages freedom in a country where diverse people are living together.
